Otherwise, there are several Founders who have been with the guild since its inception who have the ability to invite others into the guild. Veterans are generally guild members who have been with the guild for a fair amount of time and have shown themselves to be helpful and reliable...but they also include a number of alts of the Founders.
Initiates are given a trial period of three weeks, during which time their interaction with the rest of the guild (including grouping in several 5-man parties with other guild members) will be evaluated. If the Founders agree that the Initiate has been an asset to the guild, they will then be promoted to being a regular Member.

What we're looking for in fellow guildmates:
Attitude
We’re looking for players that are willing to learn and to listen. We need players that are looking at making Nazgrel their home, and that will be active players on the server. At this current moment, we have many members that are pretty passionate about getting the ball rolling on this guild, and we are very intent on success. Arrogance, rudeness, and other things of that matter will not be tolerated. If you bring drama to our guild, you will be booted without question.
Maturity
Our guild believes it is highly important that our members are mature, and as such, we feel that we need to set an age limit of 18 years old or older. Exceptions can be made for those under 18 who demonstrate maturity, because in some cases, maturity doesn’t come with age. Profanity should be kept at a minimum. We certainly understand that sometimes WoW can get frustrating and that words slip out, but overall, let’s keep it clean.
